ExpressEase ("we", "our", or "us") operates the ExpressEase mobile applications and related delivery services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.
1. Information We Collect
When you create or use an ExpressEase account, we may collect:
- Name
- Phone number
- Email address and other account information
- Pickup and drop-off addresses and delivery details you provide
- Device token used to send push notifications
2. Location Information
ExpressEase collects foreground location while you are actively using the app. Location is used to:
- Select pickup and drop-off addresses
- Calculate delivery routes
- Show order progress
- Support active delivery tracking
During an active delivery, location information may be shared with the assigned driver and with support/admin staff as needed to complete and support the delivery.
The ExpressEase customer app does not collect background location.
3. Payments
Payments are processed through Stripe. ExpressEase does not store full payment card numbers on its servers. Payment processing is subject to Stripe's privacy and security practices.
4. Notifications
We may collect and store a device token so we can send you service-related notifications about bookings, delivery status, and important account updates.
5. How We Use Information
We use collected information to provide and improve delivery services, communicate with you, process payments, prevent fraud or misuse, and comply with applicable law.
6. Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your ExpressEase account. After we verify your request, we will delete or anonymize personal data associated with your account except where we are legally required to retain certain records.
